Continuing Education (CE) Enrollment Form If there is a technical issue with the form download, please call Pompton Lakes at (973) 839 6131, and ask for Valerie. She will provide the most up to date listing of our continuing education classes, their location, time, prerequisite(s), equipment needed, and cost of participation. You can choose the classes that you wish to attend and submit it to ITM to reserve your spot in the class.
