In order to be accepted into this program, you will need to contact the school for an application.
Requirements for Entry - A Potential Student:
- Must be a graduate or student of a New Jersey State Approved, 500-hour program or an equivalent out-of-state program.
- Malpractice insurance must be obtained before the program. If you have insurance you must provide a copy with your application. Otherwise you will need to be covered by the student policy which is $50.
- Must have a criminal background check which will be done by the school and results provided to AHS
- Must undergo an entrance physical exam prior to the start of class. Form will be provided to you.
