Please click on the link, and print this document if you are interested in applying for admission to the Oncology Massage Certification Program, Eastern (Shiatsu) Bodywork Program, Massage & Bodywork Studies Program, Massage Therapy & Personal training Program, and the Clinical Massage Program. It does not matter which New Jersey school campus you are applying for (Northern, Central or Southern locations), or whether your intention is to become a massage therapist, shiatsu practitioner, or personal trainer. You will indicate which program you are applying for on the 4th page. Detailed instructions are on the form, and and the application provides specific instructions on how to submit your paperwork for processing, and any additional items that may be needed. Until the form is available for download, please call Haskell at (973) 839 6131 for the most up to date listing of our continuing education classes, their location, time, prerequisite(s), equipment needed, and cost of participation. You can choose the classes that you wish to attend and submit it to ITM to reserve your spot in the class.
