For those who want to apply for the New York State Massage Therapy Licensing Exam, NY state requires First Aid/CPR certification. This course is available at most hospitals and local ambulance corps.
The Institute for Therapeutic Massage can not guarantee that an applicant will be accepted by an out-of-state licensing board on completion of our programs. We do guarantee, however, that we will do everything we can to help you meet the requirements of the licensing boards, including the development of additional classes that may be required.
